Katty, I briefly hoped Ody the german shepherd would be a good deterrent….Cleo would have liked him. The wedding ring will have to do.
Not sure India on route but we change our minds/route often and it would be warmer. Hope our paths cross again. X

the most usefull present that i do recommend you to buy is a weading ring !!!
it will avoid thousand of question from many males in many countries that you will cross going east !!!
it did work and help me much during my 10 years in egypt … my sister’s kids became mine often, and the husband of course always coming soon to join !!! (they are often themself very far from home to work, and feel normal that couple get separated for months)

for shure, it is difficult for many culture to avoid the link between single women, and availables for sex!!! especially occidentals with an “easy and open mind” reputation !!

keep smilling, keep meeting people … but keep physical distance to all … this is just respect for them and you !!!…
and for shure, going east,, let them give their hand first if their are muslim, as some of them are not even use to shake women’s hand for religious and tradition reasons …

Wonderful to hear all is ok despite all these unwanted & scary advances – it is most wise to appear aloof & curb your beautiful just naturally being friendly & trusting behaviour. Shame the majority out there are hospitable & caring people & spoils it for them – but you have to be on guard. Seems is the same all the world over but now a language barrier, and different cultures makes it even more challenging. Let alone the tiring sometimes gruelling journey, presently over high altitudes – have you beaten Li to the top again yet ? Not only are you both resilient & determined – seems also competitive : – ) Love you, always xxxx
