There is a good mix of home and abroad, the flashers in Versailles, Bromley and Colliers Wood, £5 to touch my tits in Penge (it was a long time ago!) and the masturbating naked man on a deserted beach in Spain to mention the most offensive!

I guess its one of the things that just goes with being female wherever you are and until there is a seismic global shift in the way women are portrayed as sexual objects and stupid men think that this kind of behaviour is acceptable, or that we even like it, the best thing we can do is learn to have our wits about us and trust our instincts.

Having said that there are plenty of other times when my actions could have ended really badly but I’m so glad I trusted my instinct. I have met some amazing people and had some wonderful experiences that looking back could have ended very differently Once I invited some Aussie guy I had met on a dive boat to come and stay at my flat on the basis of a few emails, he never left!!
