Mostly flat today going in and out of both countries at the Rivers whim and mostly flat except confess pushed bikes and too much beer in the rack pack up several hills. X

But what a well earnt reward & incentive, after already a long treck to peddle that extra bit further, in getting to savour all that beautiful & new foodstuff with some good vino to wash it down. McDonalds must also be a sight for sore eyes & hungry tummies. Loved my Birthday Card & laughed to read the envelope had been sealed with champagne.xxxxxxxxx
